OUR KITCHEN STORY

We opened our kitchen after more than five years in business in response to our customer's desire to have something great to eat before and during our live music shows. So we decided to make our gourmet pizzas, salads and appetizers with all natural, fresh ingredients, some of which are provided by local suppliers. All of our pizza crusts and pita breads are handcrafted in the old world tradition every day in our kitchen. All of our baked items are cooked in our locally manufactured open-hearth Woodstone Bistro Oven. Some of the recipes were inspired by the former Orchard Street Brewery, such as the Thai Chicken Pizza and the Savory Cheesecake Salad. It is our hope that you will enjoy our food as much as you have enjoyed the live music that has graced the stage at Wild Buffalo House of Music for the last nine years.

Wild Buffalo Caesar Salad

Romaine Lettuce, Shredded Parmesan Cheese and Croutons tossed in house made classic Caesar Dressing. Large Salad served with a slice of White Buffalo Pizza. Choose garlic level from 1(mild) to 4(wild).   Small $6.00      Large $9.50

House Mixed Greens Salad   

Baby Greens with Roma Tomato, Carrots, Zucchini, and Sunflower Seeds. Large Salad served with a slice of White Buffalo Pizza.   Our dressings include: Raspberry Vinaigrette, Cilantro Vinaigrette, Bleu Cheese, and Ranch.  Small $5.50      Large $8.50

Dressings: Raspberry Vinaigrette, Cilantro Vinaigrette, Blue Cheese, or Ranch. Small - $4.50 / Large - $7.50. Add smoked chicken - $2.00

Savory Cheesecake Salad                                  

Our Large House Salad topped with a gourmet Savory Cheesecake made with Goat Cheese, Shallots, and Sun Dried Tomatoes. $10

Nachos

Corn Tortilla Chips smothered in Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese with Black Beans, Red Onions, Black Olives, and Jalapenos, topped with Sour Cream and Salsa

White Buffalo

Mozzarella, Provolone, Feta and Parmesan cheeses on a Garlic Olive Oil base with Rosemary and Oregano and Sun Dried Tomato Tapenade.  

Pepperoni Olive

Sliced Pepperoni, Black Olives, Mozzarella and Provolone on house made Red Sauce.                                              

Italian Sausage

Italian Sausage with Red Onion, Mushrooms, Mozzarella, and Provolone on house made Red Sauce.

Thai Chicken

Chicken, Carrots, Zucchini, Mozzarella, and Provolone on a Thai Peanut Sauce.

BBQ Chicken

Chicken, Red Onion, Roma Tomatoes, Mozzarella, and Provolone on Barbeque Sauce.

Roasted Garlic Veggie

Red Pepper, Mushrooms, Zucchini, Roasted Garlic, Mozzarella, and Provolone on house made Red Sauce.

Mediterranean

Red Onion, Red Bell Peppers, Kalamata Olives, Feta, Mozzarella, and Provolone on a Garlic Olive Oil base.

Margharita

Fresh Roma Tomatoes, Fresh Basil, and Mozzarella and Provolone on a Garlic Olive Oil Base.

This menu is available until 9 p.m. Tuesday thru Thursday and until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, after which time we will have slices available for you.    

Pizza by the Slice

Available any time, choose between White Buffalo, Pepperoni, or the Weekly Special.                                                                  $3.50
