Bastard Sons of Johnny Cash and Ruby Dee and the Snakehandlers. "Twang with Attitude! Bastard Sons of Johnny Cash: This talented Rockabilly Revival/Country Rock outfit is almost as bad-ass as the black-clad man for whom they're named. With pure Americana heart and soul, they unleash their heavy, toe-tapping shuffle rhythms, adroit and stylish steel picking, and tone-showcasing guitar work that approximates a train chooglin' down the track full steam ahead. Their soulful singer belts it out like he's been in prison for twenty years and busted out to taste his first bite of fried chicken in two decades. $8 in advance / $10 day of show - 9 pm Sunday 7/13 - Special and Unique Show - Local Live Jam. Food and refreshments, plus a beer and cocktail garden for those over 21. Alley Concert goes from 6 - 9 pm. After the Alley Concert, FREE Live music continues with Loyal Sinners inside Wild Buffalo until 1 am! Thurs. 7/17 - Special National Blues Show!   Tinsley Ellis Guitarist/vocalist/songwriter Tinsley Ellis ranks among the top blues/rock guitarists working today. Ellis sings and plays with the energy and soul of all the great Southern musicians who have come before him. He attacks his music with rock power and blues feeling, in the same tradition as Deep South musical heroes Duane Allman, Freddie King and Warren Haynes. Atlanta Magazine declared Ellis "the most significant blues artist to emerge from Atlanta since Blind Willie McTell." Since first hitting the national scene with his Alligator Records debut GEORGIA BLUE in 1988, Ellis has toured non-stop and continued to release one critically acclaimed album after another. Tinsley's hometown paper, The Atlanta Journal Constitution, calls his music, "a potent, amazing trip through electric blues-rock." Rolling Stone said, "feral blues guitar...non-stop gigging has sharpened his six-string to a razor's edge...his eloquence dazzles...he achieves pyrotechnics that rival Jeff Beck and Eric Clapton."    Averaging over 150 live shows a year, Ellis has played in all 50 states, as well as Canada, Europe, Australia and South America. Whether he's out with his own band or sharing stages with The Allman Brothers, Robert Cray, Koko Taylor or Widespread Panic, he spreads his jaw-dropping licks, thunderous axe work and intense vocals everywhere he goes.  $10 in advance / $15 day of show. Buy your tickets early, this show will be packed! Sat. 7/19 - Off Suit. Off Suit is a Seattle Blues Rock band committed to the electrification of the Blues, with set lists including songs and original offerings inspired by the likes of Albert King, Otis Redding, Stevie Ray Vaughn, BB King, Eric Clapton, Howlin Wolf and more. The love for the blues also pushes the band into the classic Blues Rock genre as it did for vintage AC/DC, ZZ Top, James Gang, Jimi Hendrix. Off Suit has committed themselves to taking care of the music from these wonderful artists, as it has taken care of all of us for so long. While they attempt to stick to the original format of the songs, improvisation some times takes over and each song is done the "Off Suit way", which provides an exciting musical experience every time. $5 - 9 pm   Sunday 7/20 - Closed Mon. 7/21 - Lucky Brown Presents: Lucky Monday FUNK CLUB.
